This is the best swivel we have found for our products. It spins freely and when placed between the cannula and extension hose will eliminate kinking in the extension hose and prevent the twisting of the small tubing on the cannula. The swivels often supplied by oxygen providers (white in color) do not spin freely enough to work with hose as supple as ours.

A few customers had their swivel broken when trying to pull it out of a connector. To avoid this from happening, firmly hold the straight end of swivel (NOT ITS BODY) and wiggle until it comes out. See the second photo for demonstration.
